Our owner Müset Cetinkaya After graduating from Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Civil Engineering in 1995, he started his career as a Project Approval and Inspection Engineer at Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration, Waste Water Control Department, Treatment Facilities. Müset Çetinkaya, who has been serving in the sector as Istanbul Construction since 2002, has successfully completed more than 200 treatment plant projects and more than 50 projects including more than 1000 residences. Müset Çetinkaya, who is married and has two children, fulfills the commitments he has undertaken for Turkey's largest companies such as Ülker, Mavi Jeans, İstanbul Cam Sanayi A. The experience and professionalism of its personnel and the strategy and organizational success developed by the management team have been effective in reaching its present position. In addition, it has proudly put its signature to more than 1000 housing projects with the housing projects it has produced in different regions of Libya and Turkey.
